Without an allocation for a brand new GT3 Touring, unfortunately, I had to buy one from the after-market, and settle for a car with previous owners (in this case - 3), and without the spec I would have chosen.
This black on black GT3 looks mean as hell, and since purchase I have added “Porsche” decals on both doors, re-upholstered the seats in 911R houndstooth, and had the car completely PPF’d. At its first service, I might replace its jarring red dials with classic black ones.
My intention is to put 100,000 miles on this car and drive the hell out of it!
It is a glorious machine, surely one of Porsche’s best GT cars, and without the wing it’s such a stealth machine. Lack of sound deadening and rear seats means it’s loud as hell, the ride is ultra-firm, and the upright driving position and heavy steering makes you feel like a Le Mans driver ALL THE TIME.
