Another new car comes to the garage this week, and one that should have been delivered a while ago according to the original timescale. This, combined with the fact that the planned factory collection didn’t happen, and the car arrived in an unfinished state, has really put a dent in the excitement of this new arrival.

Yes, it’s first world problems.
Yes, it sounds a touch petulant.
Yes, perhaps we should be grateful that we are getting a new car at all. But when you are expecting something to arrive in a good state and on time, and you want to feel like a valued customer – these things make a difference to your state of mind.
